Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education is a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data using clinical software
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
