Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Amesbury, MA seeks an enthusiastic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and BCBAs, ensure safe, engaging sessions, and grow professionally through training, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
