Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Rowley, MA is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, track progress with clinical software, and work closely with families to support skill development and generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
