Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to join our team serving children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings in Massachusetts. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and help implement skill acquisition programs.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Prior experience with autism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
