Blue Gems ABA in Burlington, MA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children who have ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
