Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under supervision. You will collect progress data, implement plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent, generalized skills and meaningful outcomes for each child.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
