Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data using our clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; BA/BS in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in various settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
