Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to progress data collection.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
