Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and collect data.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility) required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
