Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBAs and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires active RBT certification, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s related degree a plus), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and passion for helping children and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
