Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to data collection and progress tracking.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ensuring consistency across sessions, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
