Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks an enthusiastic RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, collect real-time data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistency and skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
