Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans under supervision and contribute to data-driven progress tracking.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency, maintain safety, and support skill generalization across environments.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Education/related field a plus
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
