Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect accurate data, implement intervention plans, and collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent progress and generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School diploma required; higher degree a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behaviour intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
