Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, implement plans created by the supervising BCBA, and collect data using clinical software while collaborating with families and the BCBA to ensure skill generalization and client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
