Sanofi US Services is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology. This remote US role focuses on AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ, building markets and relationships with hematology/oncology physicians across the territory.

You will apply deep product, disease-state and market expertise to drive compliant engagement, business planning, and territory growth, collaborating with KAMs and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and ensure patient access.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or life science sales experience.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology segment within assigned territory.
• Identify and engage hematologists/oncologists and key decision makers.
• Build relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy and leadership.
• Develop territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development and patient identification within SM and ITP.
• Present complex clinical information to physicians in large centers and hospitals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage relationships and pull-through.
