Sanofi Inc. is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager in the United States to drive AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ within the hematology/oncology specialty across the Kansas region.

You will build long-term relationships with hematology/oncology physicians and account teams while executing territory and business priorities. The role requires deep product knowledge, field-based execution, and collaboration with cross-functional groups, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales calling on hematologists, oncologists, or related specialists.
• Must reside within or near the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver's license and travel up to 50%.

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology customers in the territory.
• Identify and engage hematologist/oncologists and key care team members.
• Build relationships with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and leadership.
• Apply therapeutic and market knowledge to drive compliant engagement and planning.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet targets.
• Lead market development and address HCP educational gaps.
• Present complex clinical information to physicians in academic centers or large practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with account strategy.
• Identify institutional barriers and support engagement at hospitals and health systems.
