Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology to support the Atlanta, GA area and remote US coverage.

You will be a product expert for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ, building relationships with hematology/oncology physicians and care teams while executing territory plans and achieving business objectives. This role requires deep disease-state knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and strict adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales calling on hematologists/oncologists and other specialists.
• Must reside within or near the assigned territory and be willing to travel up to 50%.
• Degree preferably in Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology within the assigned territory, driving AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ performance.
• Identify and engage hematologists/oncologists and key decision makers for meetings using approved resources.
• Build accounts with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy and leadership.
• Apply therapeutic and market expertise to drive compliant customer engagement and business planning.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve objectives.
