Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking an Area Business Manager for Hematology/Oncology to drive market growth in the US territory, focusing on AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ. You will cultivate long-term relationships with hematology/oncology physicians and care teams.

Reporting to the Regional Business Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop plans, execute with integrity, and deliver patient-centered outcomes across SM and ITP pathways.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or life science sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (Field-based role).
• Sales launch experience with complex specialty products is preferred.
• Degree in Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for the hematology/oncology customer segment within the assigned territory, responsible for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ performance.
• Identify and engage hematologists/oncologists and other key decision makers for treatment and meetings in the territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, pharmacy and practice leadership.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development within the territory to increase disease awareness and patient referrals.
• Present complex clinical information fluently to physicians in academic centers or large group practices.
