Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is launching a brand new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Fresno, CA. We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to achieve sales goals within the assigned geography, delivering clinically focused presentations that convey therapeutic value.

The TBM will develop and execute territory plans, build professional relationships with physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive pull-through and growth, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish professional relationships with physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Ops.
• Utilize data tools to guide business decisions and strategies.
• Deliver high-impact, clinically focused presentations communicating value.
