Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. You will develop territory strategies, engage physicians, and work across cross-functional partners to maximize patient access and outcomes.

The TBM will manage a complex territory, learn scientific data rapidly, and require autonomy with a strong results orientation. A valid driver's license and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Succeed in a complex, matrixed selling environment requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Utilize data tools and insights to shape business decisions and plan optimization.
