Job summary

Syneos Health is launching a rare disease GI/Hepatology TBM program to lead a new territory and achieve sales goals by delivering clinically focused presentations and strategic business plans.

The TBM will build relationships with gastroenterologists and hepatologists, analyze regional data, collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage a territory budget, and travel as needed to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience or rare disease sales preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to travel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed DSE MBO and future sales goals in assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory and manage the territory budget.
