Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to launch a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Fresno, CA. You will drive sales, build relationships with key physicians, and execute territory plans with autonomy and integrity.

The role requires pharma sales experience, especially in GI/hepatology or rare diseases, plus strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency. Expect travel and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• 5+ years pharma/biopharma sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology or rare disease sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a strategic plan.
• Establish relationships with gastroenterologists/hepatologists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate therapeutic value.
• Plan territory activities and manage budget with compliant execution.
• Travel as needed to cover the Fresno region.
• Leverage data tools to guide business decisions.
