Amgen seeks a skilled Specialty Account Manager for Rare Disease to represent UPLIZNA, build physician relationships, and drive territory sales. You will coordinate with field teams to optimize access and reimbursement while executing a rigorous business plan aligned with company goals.

Ideal candidates bring pharma/biotech sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet annual targets. Travel up to 80% is expected, with flexible remote work where feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience.
• OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience.
• OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent UPLIZNA to physicians and health care professionals, establishing product sales and performing territory account management.
• Develop a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
• Promote UPLIZNA within approved labeling in a compliant, ethical manner.
• Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with stakeholders and matrix teams.
• Develop strong customer relationships and communicate needs to cross-functional teams.
• Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information.
