Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology launch in Albuquerque, NM. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, building key physician relationships, and delivering clinically focused value to drive product uptake.

The TBM will develop territory plans, use CRM and analytics to target opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. Strong autonomy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and field autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a strategic plan.
• Establish relationships with GI/Hepatology specialists to grow opportunities.
• Navigate a complex matrix selling environment with cross-functional partners.
• Leverage data and insights to guide territory strategies and action plans.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks promptly.
