Job summary

Syneos Health, Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead a rare disease GI/Hepatology portfolio and launch a new product. The TBM will develop territory strategies, build professional physician relationships, and drive pull-through via high-impact, clinically oriented presentations.

Travel may be required to cover a defined geography. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, 3+ years in GI/Hepatology/rare disease, and strong CRM and analytics to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access and Medical.
• Plan and execute an integrated territory business plan and budget.
