Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to join a new GI/Hepatology team launching in the United States. You will lead territory strategy, engage physicians, and drive pull-through with clinically focused presentations in Las Cruces, NM.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharma sales, 3+ years in GI/Hepatology or rare disease, a Life Sciences or related degree, and strong CRM/AI and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory geography preferred
• Experience launching products in competitive marketplace
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within an assigned geography by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies
