Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Rare Disease GI/Hepatology space based in Las Cruces, NM. You will develop and execute strategic territory plans, establish key physician relationships, and drive sales in a compliant, ethical manner while launching a new product.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years pharma/biotech sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and strong CRM and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales or rare disease experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute integrated territory plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing).
• Use data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks on time.
