Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Roanoke, VA. You will drive sales by developing territory plans, building relationships with gastro/hepato specialists, and working with cross-functional partners to deliver clinical value.

The role requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a track record of exceeding targets in a complex, matrixed sales environment. Travel and compliance with regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory plan
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage and manage territory budget
