Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in a designated Virginia territory, focusing on GI/Hepatology and rare disease products. You will develop territory plans, engage key physicians, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, clinical presentations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a proven track record in complex, matrixed selling environments. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians (GIs/Hepatologists).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing).
• Use data tools and insights to drive strategy and action.
• Plan territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
