Syneos Health is hiring a Territory Business Manager for a rare disease GI/Hepatology product in Salem, VA. You will lead territory strategies, build clinician relationships, and deliver clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience or rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory preferred.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated with high level of autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical and analytical skills including CRM, AI tools and MS Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within the assigned geography.
• Develop and execute integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and plan activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute DSE and future brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs; comply with policies.
