Job summary

Syneos Health in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. You will drive sales in your geography, develop territory plans, and communicate the therapeutic value of the product to physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory geography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate therapeutic value and ensure compliant selling practices.
• Travel as needed and manage territory budget and administrative tasks.
