Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to launch a rare disease GI/Hepatology product in an assigned geography. You will build and execute integrated territory plans, deliver clinically-focused presentations, and drive pull-through with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years pharma/biopharma sales, GI/Hepatology or rare disease experience, and proven ability to travel and work autonomously while adhering to compliant policies and utilizing CRM and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience required/rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in territory with integrated business plan.
• Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decision-making.
