Job summary

Syneos Health Careers is launching a brand-new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will drive sales in an assigned geography, building and executing integrated territory plans with compliant, ethical practices.

The role demands collaboration with cross-functional partners and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharma/biopharma sales experience, including GI/Hepatology or rare diseases, and a proven top-tier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with a high level of autonomy and independence.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals within an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Succeed in a complex, matrixed selling environment requiring collaboration and cross-functional discipline.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
