Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a Security Operations Dispatcher to manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls. You will route calls to the appropriate security personnel and maintain accurate logs and communications.

In this role you will monitor radio traffic, coordinate with local law enforcement as needed, and ensure compliance with tribal and gaming regulations while delivering high-quality guest and team member service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Some college courses in business or law enforcement preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delegate all incoming emergency and non-emergency calls to appropriate security personnel.
• Answer and relay telephone and radio calls to security personnel.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents and areas as needed.
• Document radio calls and enter information into the computerized system; maintain logs.
• Monitor radio communications and transmit information as required.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, Federal and gaming regulations and policies.
