Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities.
• Works collaboratively to support productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment.
• Maintains and promotes professionalism.
• Maintains punctuality and attendance per schedule and metrics.
• Adheres to dress code standards.
• Dispatches facility personnel including Lighthorse Police, EMS and local fire department as requested by security or management team.
• Contacts Security Officers by radio for alerts and information from casino software.
• Records and submits call-ins to proper security management.
• Logs all dispatch calls and electronic alerts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
