Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests, team members and assets on the property. Responsibilities include patrolling areas, enforcing laws and regulations, responding to incidents, and coordinating with dispatch and surveillance teams while upholding KLECH core values.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Pass security assessment.
• Level 1 security training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of security guard/officer experience preferred.
• Strong English communication; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas including entrances, gaming floor, back of house and parking areas.
• Control access to restricted areas and check in vendors.
• Respond to dispatch and guest inquiries; address safety issues and emergencies.
• Escort transfers of money, chips, and table/slot drops.
• Write incident reports and document important information as needed.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and surveillance team.
