Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel seeks a Telecommunicator to provide 2-way radio dispatch, answer calls, and coordinate security responses ensuring guest safety and casino operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must pass the Telecommunicator proficiency exam within 90 days.
• Experience with two-way radio and central phone systems.
• Able to communicate clearly, tactfully and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate two-way radio and dispatch officers to incidents.
• Answer calls from guests, staff and emergency services.
• Maintain dispatch logs and inventory records.
• Provide information and directions to guests and visitors.
