Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel seeks a Security professional to manage communications for emergencies and routine calls, ensuring rapid distribution to the appropriate security personnel. You will uphold laws, policy standards, and guest safety on a fast-paced casino floor.

Responsibilities include logging radio transmissions, coordinating with law enforcement and EMS when needed, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting clients and staff in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework in business and/or law enforcement preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delegate emergency and routine calls to security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies.
• Answer and relay telephone and radio calls to appropriate security personnel.
• Relay calls regarding incidents, medical emergencies, crimes, and escorts.
• Report complaints to supervisors and management.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and EMS as needed.
• Dispatch security officers to specific areas as needed.
• Document radio calls and maintain department logs.
