Job summary

Chickasaw Nation’s Newcastle Casino seeks a Full Time Security Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate critical dispatch activities in Newcastle, OK. You will direct security personnel, respond to alerts, and maintain logs, reports and training for staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating with police, EMS, and fire, ensuring compliance with rules, and delivering professional customer service to guests and employees. Strong computer and typing skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct security-related experience.
• Must be able to operate office equipment and use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch all facility personnel to include Lighthorse Police, EMS, and local fire department as requested by security or management.
• Notify Security Officers by radio of alerts from casino software system (top prize payouts, machine tilt, machine open, or patron requests).
• Record all security employee call-ins and submit to security management.
• Log all dispatch calls and electronic alerts.
• Develop and maintain documentation (files, logs, records, reports).
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information.
• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers.
