Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Case Manager for the Rapid Rehousing Plus Care (RRH+C) program in the Denver metro area. You will perform needs-based assessments, provide wrap-around case management, and help participants attain and maintain permanent housing.

Spanish bilingual preferred. Must be able to use a personal vehicle for outreach and housing placement across the seven-county region. Full-time hours, some evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• Colorado driver's license and state-mandated automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based assessments and housing navigation to secure permanent housing.
• Provide wrap-around case management and connect clients to income resources and public benefits.
• Collaborate with community providers and teams to support housing retention and service delivery.
• Maintain data quality and complete reporting in grant-required systems.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and coordinate with participants in the nine-county Denver Metro area.
