Job summary

VOA Colorado seeks a full-time Case Manager for Rapid Rehousing Plus Care (RRH+C) and Shelter into Rapid Rehousing (SIRR) in the Denver metro area. The role involves needs-based assessments, community outreach, and coordinating housing placement for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Requires a Spanish-English fluent background, strong documentation skills, and the ability to drive within the seven-county Denver area. Compensation includes benefits and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Experience with housing or homeless services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around case management for RRH+C and SIRR programs.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and housing navigation.
• Coordinate with service providers and landlords to secure housing.
• Maintain accurate data in grant-required systems and files.
• Transport clients as needed using a personal vehicle.
• Engage community partners and participate in trainings and meetings.
