Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the RRH+C program in the Denver Metro area. The role delivers wrap-around housing services to homeless individuals and families, conducts needs-based assessments, coordinates with providers, and supports housing navigation and retention.

Bilingual Spanish/English required; must use a personal vehicle for outreach and appointments. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, with some evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
