Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a full-time Case Manager for the RRH+C and SIRR programs in the Denver Metro area. You will conduct needs-based assessments, provide intensive case management, and collaborate with partners to secure and sustain permanent housing for participants.

The role requires Spanish fluency, strong organization, and the ability to travel across seven counties, using a personal vehicle as needed. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or closely related field.
• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
• Experience in housing services and case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based assessments and housing navigation for participants.
• Coordinate wrap-around services with community providers.
• Provide intensive case management for households with barriers to housing stability.
• Attend intakes, housing orientations, and lease signings.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with grant guidelines.
