Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a full-time Case Manager for the RRH+C and SIRR programs in the Denver metro area. You will conduct needs-based assessments, provide housing navigation, and coordinate wrap-around services to help participants obtain stable housing.

This role requires Spanish fluency, a Colorado driver’s license, and strong collaboration with service providers. You will travel across seven-county Denver area, document activities, attend trainings, and support clients toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field.
• Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Provides intensive case management for households with high barriers to housing.
• Conducts needs-based assessments and supports housing navigation.
• Coordinates wrap-around services with team and community providers.
• Maintains documentation and reports within data systems per grant guidelines.
• Attends trainings, meetings, and coordinates with service providers.
• Assists clients with rental applications, leases, and housing searches.
• Travels across the Denver Metro seven-county area for case management.
