Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain our multifamily properties in the Florida area. The role focuses on keeping buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional, addressing work orders promptly, and performing preventive maintenance.

You will work on-site, handle resident requests, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and assist with safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks and repairs across building interiors and exteriors.
• Ability to diagnose sources of defects and perform safe, compliant repairs.
• Willingness to work with residents and respond to service requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units and prepare for lease-ups.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Manage materials and document inventory and work performed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
• Assist with property inspections and coordinate with vendors when needed.
