Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service inside and external areas of our multifamily properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing units for new residents, and coordinating with vendors to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, and EPA refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and delivery skills to connect with residents and teammates.
• Experience in property maintenance or equivalent preferred (1–3 years).
• EPA certifications Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and punch lists.
• Inspect and verify contractor work complies with quality standards and safety rules.
• Maintain inventory, track materials, and notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Represent RangeWater in safety meetings and interact professionally with residents.
