Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our multifamily properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform make-readies for vacant units, and support cost-saving measures while maintaining high service quality for residents.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills are essential for resident interactions.
• Proficiency with computers and basic reporting/documentation is required.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and conducts routine site maintenance.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and scheduling contractors.
• Repairs rather than replacing parts when cost-effective and uses tools correctly.
• Manages inventory and reorders materials when needed, coordinating with maintenance supervisor.
• Documents all service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
