Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties across the United States. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete work orders promptly, and support make-ready activities for new residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Complete make-ready for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Maintain documentation and inventory control.
