RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to uphold building cleanliness, safety, and functionality across our multi-family properties. You will handle work orders, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep the community in top condition.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing.
• Repair and maintain property interiors, exteriors, and common areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory, tools and equipment.
• Document work orders accurately for tracking.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Engage with residents professionally and handle issues promptly.
• Support safety compliance and routine property inspections.
